Return Eligibility

  • All original tags and labels remain attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The item is free from stains, perfumes, makeup, or damage.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Please do not send returns without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Incorrect products received

If you need a different size or colour, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist based on product availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

Shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
