The item is unused and unworn.
All original tags and labels remain attached.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The item is free from stains, perfumes, makeup, or damage.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged:
Earrings and pierced jewellery
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
